The Account Details page allows Team Admins to configure organization-wide settings that affect how your team experiences Simply360. These settings impact all users, including branding, language, timezone, and logo configuration.

Accessing Account Details

  1. Navigate to Team Administration → Account Details in the main menu

Organization Details

Configure basic information about your organization:

Organization Name

The primary name for your organization. This appears in:

  • The app header and navigation
  • Email notifications and outgoing messages
  • External-facing embeds and Data Wizard forms

Short Name (max 12 characters)

An abbreviated version of your team name. This is used in compact UI areas where the full name won't fit, such as mobile navigation and sidebar headers.

Organization Logos

Upload logos that appear throughout the app and in external-facing content:

  • Square Logo (1:1 aspect ratio) — Used for favicons, mobile app icons, compact displays, and anywhere a square format is needed
  • Horizontal Logo — Used in headers, navigation bars, outgoing messages, and embedded views

Logo Tip

Upload high-resolution images for best results. The square logo must have a 1:1 aspect ratio. Logos appear in Data Wizard forms and embedded Data Views, so choose images that represent your brand well on external websites.

Organization Website URL

Your organization's primary website. This may be used in automated communications, public-facing forms, and footer links on embedded content.

Organization Billing Address

Your organization's physical billing address. Used for account records and may appear on official communications.

Timezone Settings

Primary Timezone

The default timezone for your team. This has significant system-wide effects:

  • Dashboard date ranges — Date-based filters and reporting periods use this timezone
  • Message scheduling — Scheduled outgoing messages use this timezone
  • Report timestamps — All date/time displays follow this timezone
  • Calendar viewsCalendar Data Views use this timezone for event display

Important

Changing the primary timezone affects how all dates and times are displayed for all users. Consider notifying your team before making this change.

Language Settings

Default Interface Language

The language used for the Simply360 user interface (menus, buttons, labels, system messages). This becomes the default for all new users. Currently supported interface languages: English, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, and Bengali.

Default Data Language

The default language for user-entered content in multilingual data fields. When creating new records, this language is pre-selected for fields that support multiple languages.

Available Data Languages

A multi-select setting that enables additional languages for multilingual data entry. When configured, users can enter content in multiple languages for Data Fields that support it. Both Data Wizards and internal record forms will offer language selection when multiple data languages are enabled.

Impact on Users

Changes to account settings affect all team members:

  • Logo and name changes — Appear on the next page refresh for all users
  • Timezone changes — All date/time displays immediately update to the new timezone
  • Interface language changes — Sets the default for new users; existing users retain their current language preference
  • Data language changes — New languages become available immediately in multilingual fields

Important

These settings take effect immediately for all users. Consider notifying your team before making significant changes, especially timezone updates which affect how scheduled activities and date filters behave.
